Rural Women Development Centre-RWDC applied Organization Capacity Assessment (OCA) for organizational capacity development and improvement governance. The capacity assessment conducted on May 5 – 8, 2019 in Ghorahi, Dang. It was 3rd capacity assessment of RWDC and OCA was completed in 2017 and 2018. Regularly NNSWA and fhi360 is being facilitated of the workshop and supported to make policies, guidelines and plan for capacity development. It workshop conducts in participating of executive boards and senior management team. It is a most important tools for developing organization capacity and governance system, OCA focus on the key functional area; Governance; Administration; Human Resource Management; Financial Management; Organizational Management; Program Management; Conflict Sensitivity and External Relationship.
Comparatively, RWDC capacity has developed and most important decision made from executives boards members. The following status of RWDC from 2017 to 2019.
This was fully participatory for discussing on this topics based on reality of organization current status. This is the most effective and meaningful assessment for RWDC, executive board members have hotly felt on organization issues and concerned to mitigate organizational issues.
